Frame extensions made of glued timber fit perfectly into log houses and other areas where the depth of a window frame compared to the wall in not sufficient enough. The frame extensions are made of glued timber, are glued together in the width of the lamella and finger jointed in the length. Usually the choice of wood and finishing for frame extensions is based on the wooden materials used for windows and doors – same finishing method will be implemented.
